How HAR Can Help Buyers and Sellers Virtually

Investing in technology has always been important at Helen Adams Realty. During our 45 years of service, we have worked continuously to be leaders in the Charlotte marketplace in real estate technology. Our agents are trained to use a mix of technology, social media, and other online tools to better help their buyers and sellers throughout their transactions and beyond. Now, in these times of social distancing, these methods of online servicing are even more useful in keeping us connected to you, our clients, and moving forward.

 

Virtual Showings and Home Tours

Our agents have quickly grown comfortable with being on camera with clients. Between virtual listing and buying consultations, home tours, and showings, we’ve been able to utilize video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, and FaceTime to continue our face-to-face relationships with clients and potential clients. Feel free to reach out to your preferred Helen Adams Realty agent to schedule virtual consultations or showings. Clients will also receive a digital version of our buyer or listing presentation packet to reference on their own. Buyers can now walk through listings via FaceTime, Skype, Facebook/Instagram Live, or another platform of their choosing. If an in-person showing is still desired and available, it will be private at new construction or vacant homes and the agent will assist in taking proper precautions according to the CDC.

 

Social Media and Digital Advertising

The real estate industry is relying more and more on the power of social media to get exposure for themselves and their listings. Agents at Helen Adams Realty receive ongoing training about social media marketing tactics and now during COVID-19 restrictions on physical showings, we are putting a heavy presence on online advertising. Helen Adams Realty is partnered with fine digital brands around Charlotte, like QC Exclusive, CharlotteFive, Charlotte Magazine, and more so that our agents have the option to advertise to an even larger audience online.

What is your home worth? Typically, this is the first and most important question asked when a homeowner begins to think about selling. We have an online Automated Valuation Model tool on our website to help sellers get that answer. Enter an address and see the AVM estimates for your home, but keep in mind that this is only a starting point as the estimates vary greatly across national AVMs. To get a more accurate look, you’ll need to consult your preferred Helen Adams Realty agent who can discuss local comps, the unique factors of your home, and market data with you.
